Private Lives

Playcrafters has done it again!  The audiences that witnessed the June performances of Private Lives experienced a superb production of Noel Coward’s story of two couples  and their romantic flip-flop vacation. Producer John Hannon, Director George Loizides, the entire cast and the many volunteers behind the scenes did a fantastic job to give us a great night of entertainment in our theater space in the Bellport Middle School. If you as a member of Playcrafters missed it you will certainly regret it for years to come. From all angles the show was another success for Playcrafters. The new and innovative Singles Night was very well received, If you saw and enjoyed Private Lives you will definitely want to see our fall production, Damn Yankees. All members should make an effort to get out and get behind our productions – come and get involved!

Playcrafters proudly presents Damn Yankees November 3, 4, 10 and 11.

This is the show with Heart, baseball, and whatever Lola wants 

Auditions will be from 7 to 9pm on August 21,22 and 23^rd at Christ Episcopal Church, 64 South Country Road, Bellport.  Be prepared to sing a number from the show or a song of your choice. Please provide sheet music for songs other than this show and contact Peter Morrison at doctorm112002@yahoo.com prior to your audition so he can prepare the appropriate accompaniment. You will also be asked to read from the script.  Be prepared to learn two dance combinations. Please bring a resume and headshot if available.
